All prices listed on the Service are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change prices for Digital Items at any time, and we do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price drop or promotional offering.

You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
The Digital Items offered on our Service are virtual goods that have no monetary value outside of the Service. You do not own the Digital Items but instead receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use such Digital Items within the CS2 game environment.
We do not guarantee the availability of any Digital Item and reserve the right to modify, replace, or discontinue any Digital Item at any time without notice.
Upon successful completion of your purchase, we will deliver the Digital Items to your Steam account or through the method specified during the checkout process. You are responsible for providing accurate Steam account information or other delivery information.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays due to payment verification, Steam trade holds, or other factors outside our control.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. CS2 and related trademarks are the property of Valve Corporation. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation. All game-related assets, including skin designs, are the intellectual property of their respective owners.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall CS Gaming Hub, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the British Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in London, United Kingdom.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, you and CS Gaming Hub waive any right to a jury trial.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
